Heritage and Culture Warwickshire (HCW) are taking part ion Heritage Open Days this September to celebrate our history and culture. Events are free, donations are welcomed to support HCW.
Discover Chesterton Windmill
Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September 10.30am – 4.30pm, last entry 3.30pm
A unique chance to look at Chesterton Windmill, a local landmark that was built between 1632 and 1633. Subject to weather conditions. First come, first-served basis.

County Record Office
Thursday 19th September 7pm – 8pm
Find out how we care for Warwickshire’s precious documents at the County Record Office and go behind the scenes to visit our strong rooms with senior archivist Rob Eyre.

Discover St John’s House Museum and explore the Victorian kitchen and school room. Book onto a session with our Victorian school mistress or laundry maid to find out more about life in the Victorian era.
