Vintage and Craft Fair: Stallholders needed

DSCF8367Vintage and Craft Fair – Saturday 23rd July 2016

St John’s House Museum, Warwick, would like to invite you to apply for a stall at its annual summer Vintage and Craft Fair. Sell your products in a unique historic setting on one of the most popular days of the year in the Warwick town diary. Held on the same day as the Smith Street Festival and the weekend of the Warwick Folk Festival the town is filled with visitors passing through the gardens of St John’s Museum. There will also be a Somme100 event run by the Regimental Museum with re-enactors , an art workshop and music.

Due to oversubscription of the fair last year we will be using the side garden lawn only as it is a lot bigger. There will also be rooms available indoors on the ground floor of St John’s Museum. Stall holders will have access to tea and coffee facilities.

DSCF8365The event is open to the public from 10.30am to 4.00pm and entry is FREE.  Access for stall holders will be from 9.00am

Outdoor Pitches – £16.00

Indoor stalls – £16

Indoor rooms – £25.00

If you are booking a pitch you will need to bring your own table and sun cover. A garden gazebo is recommended as there is no shade in the centre of the lawn. Pitches measure 3×3 meters. Rooms offer space for two tables and clothing rails. There are limited rooms indoors available. Non-refundable payment in advance is required. If you are booking an indoor space your table must be no bigger than 5ft by 3ft.
