Are you looking for a remote volunteering opportunity?

Could you photograph a Historic Site?

Windmill Hill

The Our Warwickshire website needs you to take photographs of historic sites throughout the county. You can find out more about the locations and how to do it by looking on the Our Warwickshire website. Click on this link:

We also have two projects at the County Record Office that need your help to transcribe and index records online.

Mining the Seams

This volunteering project involves transcribing and indexing historic mining compensation records from the Warwickshire coalfields. This will help research into the health and wellbeing of miners from 1899 to 1940.

All the documents have been digitised and will be shared with you online and there will be an online spreadsheet to complete.  There are support guides and videos to help you get started and the project team will answer your queries.
To find out more have a look at this role profile
