Heritage and Culture Warwickshire (HCW) are inviting stallholders to sell quality craft and Christmas gifts (no food items please) in the unique surroundings of our historic Market Hall Museum.


Victorian Fair

Thursday 25th November 2021 - 12 noon - 9pm

Christmas Fair

Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th November 2021 - 10am - 5pm


We have taken part in previous years and are pleased that CJ’s Events has extended the time of the Victorian Fair to 12 noon - 9pm. We are also running our Christmas Craft Fair on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. CJ’s are running a Winter Food Festival in the town on the Sunday.

The stall booking options and costs are as follows:

  • Thursday 25th November – £50
  • Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th November – £140
  • All 4 days - £160

Market Hall Museum enjoys a central location in the middle of Warwick’s. In previous years we have seen footfall of over 1000 people in the museum each day for our craft/art events. As well as stalls in the museum we will have a:

  • Children’s craft activity upstairs in the museum on Thursday and Sunday
  • Mulled wine and mince pie stall outside the museum on Thursday and on Friday to Sunday mulled wine and mince pie offer in the cafe
  • Reindeers outside the museum on the Sunday

The Victorian and Christmas Fair will be promoted by Heritage and Culture Warwickshire (HCW) as a family event suitable for adults and children using our established marketing networks via printed advertising, press and social media. Staff and volunteers will be proactive in letting visitors know about the fair in the run up and will have flyers to give out.

All stallholders will be provided with a 6 foot table or equivalent space. Additional space will be limited to the area directly behind the stall only. Tables will be located on the ground floor of the museum. Indoor and outdoor signage will direct visitors to your stalls.

All sale proceeds are your own, no commission is taken.

Tables can be shared by more than one person.

Market Hall Museum is in a busy town centre location with special unloading and parking restrictions apply in Warwick. You will be notified about setting up times, parking and unloading details before the event.
